We ship fast! Your order will be dispatched the next day after purchase and delivered within 24-72 hours, depending on your location in South Africa. Most customers in major cities receive their orders within 24-48 hours. You'll get a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

We accept returns within 7 days of purchase if items are in original, unused, and fully functional condition. Please note: You cover return shipping costs, and a 20% cancellation fee applies to all returns. Since most of our products are one-of-a-kind pieces, we do not offer exchanges. Contact our customer service team to arrange a return, and refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your item.
